1. Purpose
The Volunteer Code of Conduct establishes clear behavioral expectations for all Landmark Game Nights volunteers. Its purpose is to protect event participants, volunteers, and the organization by promoting professionalism, safety, and respect.
2. Scope
Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies to all volunteers present at Landmark Game Nights events or representing the organization at other activities.
3. General Standards of Behavior
Volunteers are expected to:
Act with integrity, honesty, and accountability at all times.
Treat all participants, fellow volunteers, and venue staff members with respect and dignity.
Follow all event policies, procedures, and instructions from event leadership.
Serve as positive role models during all Landmark Game Nights activities.
4. Professional Conduct
Volunteers must maintain appropriate language, tone, and behavior.
Abusive, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
Volunteers must remain focused on assigned duties during events.
5. Boundaries and Appropriate Relationships
Volunteers must maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries with participants, particularly minors. (See Child & Minor Protection Policy below)
Romantic, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate relationships with participants during events are strictly prohibited. (See Sexual Harassment Policy below)
Volunteers may not exchange personal contact information with minors outside of approved communication channels.
6. Substance Use
Volunteers may not possess, use, or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances while volunteering.
7. Compliance
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the event or permanent dismissal from volunteer service.

Landmark Game Nights is committed to providing a safe environment for minors and children. This policy establishes safeguards to prevent abuse, neglect, or exploitation and to ensure appropriate conduct by volunteers.
2. Scope
Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies to all volunteers present at Landmark Game Nights events or representing the organization at other activities.
3. Standards for Interaction with Minors
Volunteers must:
Treat all minors with respect, patience, and fairness.
Use age-appropriate language and behavior at all times.
Interact with minors only in observable and interruptible settings.
Volunteers must not:
Be alone with a minor in a secluded or unsupervised space.
Engage in physical contact beyond what is appropriate, non-invasive, and necessary (e.g., brief side hugs when appropriate).
Use sexual, suggestive, violent, or demeaning language or behavior.
Provide gifts, money, transportation, or special privileges without approval from event leadership.
4. Supervision and Visibility
Events must follow the “two-volunteer rule” whenever reasonably possible.
Volunteers should ensure that activities involving minors are conducted in open, well-lit, and visible areas.
5. Reporting Obligations
Any suspicion, allegation, or observation of inappropriate behavior toward a minor must be reported immediately to the Event Director or Volunteer Coordinator.
Volunteers must not attempt to investigate incidents involving minors on their own.
Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
6. Mandatory Reporting
If required by law, Landmark Game Nights will comply with mandatory reporting obligations related to child abuse or neglect.

Landmark Game Nights is committed to maintaining a harassment-free environment. Sexual harassment undermines the integrity of the organization and will not be tolerated.
2. Scope
Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies to all volunteers present at Landmark Game Nights events or representing the organization at other activities.
3. Definition of Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, including but not limited to:
Sexual comments, jokes, gestures, or innuendo
Unwanted physical contact or advances
Requests for sexual favors
Display or sharing of sexually explicit content
Retaliation for rejecting or reporting such conduct
Harassment may occur between volunteers, between volunteers and participants, or between volunteers and event leadership.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Volunteers must not:
Engage in sexual harassment in any form.
Create or contribute to a hostile, intimidating, or offensive environment.
Use their role or authority to pressure others into uncomfortable interactions.
5. Reporting Sexual Harassment
Volunteers who experience or witness sexual harassment are encouraged to report the behavior promptly.
Reports may be made to the event lead, volunteer coordinator, or another designated authority.
Reports will be handled as discreetly as possible.
6. Investigation and Action
All reports will be taken seriously and reviewed promptly.
Landmark Game Nights reserves the right to remove any volunteer from an event during an investigation.
Confirmed violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent dismissal from volunteering.
7. Non-Retaliation
Retaliation against any individual who reports sexual harassment or participates in an investigation in good faith is strictly prohibited.
