Step 1: Register

To register as an Event Volunteer, complete the Volunteer Pre-Registration and Event Registration forms found here.
To apply as a Specialized Student Volunteer (Part-Time/Full-Time Volunteer), complete Form V1 found here.
- Do NOT complete this form if you only plan on volunteering at events and programs. Instead, register as an Event Volunteer above.

Step 2: Follow Up

If you registered as an Event Volunteer, keep an eye out for updates published to the Volunteer Newsroom.
If you applied as a Specialized Student Volunteer, we will send you details for Volunteer Onboarding to the email address on file.

Step 3: Check In (Event Volunteers Only)

Before checking into a Landmark Game Nights event as a volunteer:

Complete and submit any required prior documentation.
Ensure you have a valid, government-issued photo ID.
Purchase any donations and/or contributions you may be bringing. Keep any and all receipts if you wish to be reimbursed for authorized purchases.

When checking into a Landmark Game Nights event as a volunteer:

Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID.
Drop off any donations and/or contributions you brought.
Meet with your designated point-of-contact. Oftentimes, this is the Event Director or Volunteer Coordinator.
If you never volunteered with us before, you will be issued a Volunteer T-Shirt.
You will be issued a badge and/or sticker to identify you. You MUST keep this identification on you at ALL times.
